Glutathione – The Body’s “Supreme Antioxidant”
First discovered in 1888 by French researcher J. de Rey-Pailhade while studying the human eyeball, it was only in 1984 – more than nine decades later – that glutathione (pronounced gloo-tuh-thahy-ohn) began to be thoroughly studied. To date, more than 20,000 studies have been done to explore the many health benefits glutathione has to offer from cancer prevention to nurturing youthful and supple skin.
