Refund Policy

We only offer refunds or exchanges for full-priced, regular or damaged items only. We do not issue refunds for sale items. We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return. If a package is marked as delivered, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.


If you wish to make a return, please send us an email to within 30 days of your purchase. However, we cannot accept products that have been heavily used, emptied, nearly emptied or tampered with for refunds or exchanges. We will provide a return authorization and mailing details. Only items purchased on may be accepted for return or exchange. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the item. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 3 to 7 working days.

If the delivered package arrives damaged, please indicate the nature of the damage on the Airway Bill or shipping label upon signing on the delivery note provided by the courier service. Notify us immediately at We will arrange for your damaged item to be replaced.

Only full priced, regular items may be refunded. We do not issue refunds on sale items.

For all change of mind returns, the refund will be done via store credits.
