Products

Our products are suitable for all skin types! They are prejudice-free and do not contain SLS, SLES, BHA, BHT, phthalates, mineral oil, parabens, phenoxyethanol, methylisothiazolinone.

Yes! We have never, and will never test on animals. We are PETA-certified and do not test on animals in any and all stages of product development. No external companies test our products on animals on our behalf nor do our suppliers. We are able to bypass China’s animal testing policy via cross-border selling, which means that since we do not sell our products in a physical store in mainland China, our products remain 100% cruelty-free and do not require animal testing. We are extremely proud to uphold being cruelty-free!

Our products are mostly vegan, with the exception of FlowerBerry Eye Illuminating Cream and First Light The Serum, which are vegetarian.

Our products are made with natural or plant-derived ingredients where possible!

We recommend for you to talk with your doctor or health care professional before starting on any of our supplements.

Shipping

Orders will typically be shipped out from our warehouse 1-3 business days after order confirmation, which means we don’t ship on weekends! All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Orders may take longer to process during sales or holiday seasons. Don’t worry, you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Depending on your location, domestic orders within the US should arrive within 2-5 business days of placing your order. International orders can take between 2-3 weeks. Please note that these are estimates and may take longer than the stipulated timeline.

We assign tracking numbers to parcels prior to shipping out. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking notification with your tracking number and link for your order. This email may sometimes end up in your Spam/ Junk folders. Please contact customercare@ceramiracle.com if you did not receive the tracking notification email and we’ll help you from there!

Shipping information cannot be changed or updated once the order has been processed and shipped from our facility. Please make sure your delivery information is correct before making payment.

We ship and deliver orders within the United States and internationally (except for no-go zones and certain countries). At the moment we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, sorry!

We charge a flat rate of USD5 for Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) on orders below USD40 and provide free Standard Shipping for orders USD40 & above!

We do free Standard Shipping for domestic orders within continental USA for orders $40 & above.

Yes, we ship to most countries except: Afghanistan, All African countries, Antarctica, British Indian Ocean Territory, Bouvet Island, Christmas Islands, Cocos Island, Comoros, Crimea Region of Ukraine, Cuba, Falkland Islands, French Southern Territories, Heard & McDonald Islands, Hong Kong, Iran, Libya, Mayotte, Myanmar (Burma), Nauru, Niue, North Korea, Palestinian Territory Occupied, Pitcairn Island, Rwanda, Saint Helena, Sao Tome and Principe, Somalia, South Africa, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Sudan, Svalbard Jan Mayen Island, Syrian Arabic Republic, Tokelau and Western Sahara.

For all countries besides U.S. and Singapore — All international orders are subject to taxes, customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Any charges on a parcel are the recipient’s responsibility and must be paid by the parcel recipient. The additional taxes, customs, and duty fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. Ceramiracle is not responsible for fees associated with imports.

Returns and Exchanges

We’re sad to hear that you didn’t love your Ceramiracle product. Please reach out to customercare@ceramiracle.com with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return. We’ll get back to you from there!

For US Residents only — If you wish to make a return, please send us an email to customercare@ceramiracle.com within 30 days of your purchase. However, we cannot accept products that have been heavily used, emptied, nearly emptied or tampered with for refunds or exchanges. We will provide a return authorization and mailing details upon confirming eligibility. Any refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s) and made via your original form of payment. Only items purchased on www.ceramiracle.com may be accepted for return or exchange. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the item.

For Non-US Residents — At the moment, we do not accept returns for international orders.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused! Please send us an email at customercare@ceramiracle.com if your items are damaged or defective. We will assist you from there.

Only full priced, regular items may be refunded. We do not issue refunds on sale items or items purchased with a discount code. We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return. If a package is marked as delivered, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are not refunded in the event of the return of a product.
